NEW SERVICE TAB

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SERVICE?
In order to cancel your service with us, you would need to contact the office at 865-982-3560. We will verify your information, get a new billing address from you, and schedule a disconnect day of your water service.
HOW DO I ESTABLISH NEW SERVICE?
We ask that you come into the office to begin the new service process. You do not need an appointment to come in the office. Setting up service does not take long. Be prepared to wait a little longer if someone is in front of you. Please contact the office at 865-982-3560 with any questions.

We have a new service packet tab. You need to fill out both service contracts and the cross connection form. The bank draft form is optional, but we need a voided check. We do require a purchase agreement, closing disclosure, or a settlement statement, if you are purchasing or a signed lease agreement if you are renting. An ID is also required. If you are needing a new tap installed, we need a copy of the septic permit as well.
HOW CAN I SET UP AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT?
This is one of the free payment options that we offer. We would just need a copy of a voided check and the bank draft form filled out. The bank draft form is found under the new service packet tab. Just note that your payment will come out of your account two business days prior to the due date. When you receive your paper bill, it will say memo bill do not pay. At that point, you can sign up for paperless online and sign up for email and text reminders.
HOW DOES THE ROLLOVER AGREEMENT WORK?
If you are renting out your home, the rollover agreement is an option for you. We do ask that you call to have the account changed back into your name once the renter has moved out, but you do not have to physically come into the office.
