Our Customer Service staff is here to help address your needs.  Please give us a call with your questions or concerns.

Please be aware, if we detect a higher usage of water or if our meter readers observe a turning meter while onsite, we will attempt to contact you to discuss the situation or to alert you to a potential problem.  This call could come from our automated system or from a member of our staff. 

If you have had a leak contact our customer service department to discuss your options.  We are here to help.

The Customer Service Department is open 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. 
We also have two 24-hour drop boxes for your bill pay convenience, one is located on the front of our building and a second is around the side of our building going toward the drive-thru.
