Please be aware, if we detect a higher usage of water or if our meter readers observe a turning meter while onsite, we will attempt to contact you to discuss the situation or to alert you to a potential problem. This call could come from our automated system or from a member of our staff.
If you have had a leak contact our customer service department to discuss your options. We are here to help.
The Customer Service Department is open 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday.
We also have a 24-hour drop box located on the front of our building and around the side of our building for your bill pay convenience.
